Class Types

We offer a variety of therapeutic movement classes including Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, and group fitness.

Life moves fast. Offer your body some time to slow right down and flow with mindful movement. This slow Hatha class focuses on connection to the body's wisdom through gentle and opening yoga postures, breathing practices, and intentional rest. Stretch, move, breathe and connect to the life force within, without forcing yourself to do or be anything other than the miracle you already are.

Everyone is welcome and this class is for all levels.

Slow Hatha Flow

A step up from “Slow Hatha Flow”. “Hatha Flow” is still a gentle but more dynamic practise that involves mindful movement and breath awareness. It is a great way to increase flexibility, build core strength, and reduce stress. Classes may also include relaxation and meditation techniques to promote overall well-being.

Hatha Flow

Vinyasa Flow is a practice that will promote strength, stamina, and endurance, as well as, flexibility, poise, and relaxation. Modifications and variations are offered for more or less intensity. There is an emphasis on breathing technique, connecting movement with breath, and cultivating a mind-body awareness.

Vinyasa yoga is suitable for all levels, but it is recommended that you take a Hatha class first if you have never tried yoga before.

Vinyasa Flow

Power Flow yoga links the body movement with breath to create a dynamic flow of poses. This is a vigorous, detoxifying, strength-based class, working the body to the core, building flexibility, and endurance.

This style of class is typically more appealing to those who are intermediate to advanced and more interested in exercising and sweating, rather than meditation.

Power Flow

Yin yoga is a predominantly floor-based practice of long, deep holds held over time with the use of supportive props. Unlike other forms of yoga, yin is more slow-paced and gentle. The emphasis is on using breath, calming the mind and offering time and space to tune inwards. Practicing regularly will enhance mobility and flexibility by targeting deep connective tissue.
